The Focus
During last years I have focused especially on following:
- Multi-specialization compilation in selected areas – R&D, innovations, IT in engineering, business, project + personal + information management.
- Coordination of the engineering + IT project systems – dependence on available know-how, capacities & budgets.
- Design & execution of ad hoc technical projects – project plans preparation & management, precise use cases & methodics management & preparation, testing, reporting, implementation, etc.
- Problems/risks detection + analyses + solutions/precautions proposals, optimization of project plans & activities & implementation costs.

Articles on New Technologies of Future… | 19. 04. 2011
During February and March two new own articles dealing with new technologies of near future were released. Both of them are originally written
in Czech, on the other hand the translation into English is of course possible!
1/ What Offer Us the New Technologies of Future? ![]()
The article deals with Microsoft's advanced IT visions in much more detail – starting from 2004 until now. The areas of interest are namely
following – Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Health and Productivity.
2/ Technologies of Near Future – IBM, HP, Apple, GM, VW ![]()
The article takes you through last key IBM visions (Next 5 in 5) together with more or less related recently developed technologies by HP, Apple, GM,
Google & VW. It's not a dream – it's a reality.

3 Key Attributes of Successful Meeting | 29. 12. 2010
The practical experience sermonizes: Reveal following 3 key motivating attributes to execute really successful & efficient meeting! If this is really key meeting for you (your team) and you'd like to distinguish yourself from plenty of others (therefore to have another in/formal fame), just make an exception to the generally known rules – don't hesitate to try another kind of approach free of hard execution (threats/sanctions). The obligate question of any epoch should be – What are real motivating elements at this time?
- Really use financial/non-financial benefit/s relevant for participants.
- Promise no obligatory tasks arising from the meeting and really keep it.
- Promise & keep the time of 15–20 minutes, not more.
Have a nice winter time!

Make your C.V. interactive & timeless | 10. 06. 2010
Well, what I am talking about? Lots of people have sometimes (or often) quite rightful demands.
That's also the case of the C.V. –
do you remember the situation when some personnel/HR manager
is requesting 1- or at the most 2-pages C.V., not more? Well, I can imagine it is no problem in case when somebody doesn't have
much experience… On the other hand, you can simply gather lots of really relevant experience and you would like to present your key (wide /
general) experience via your C.V., you don't want every time to think very much about the point what's the best of the best right
now…
That's exactly the case – I am simply writing experience by experience. To this aim I have designed win-win solution – I have
prepared slightly advanced interactive C.V. using MO Excel
(widely used & reasonably priced solution across most businesses). Now, you will not solve the length of your C.V. anymore, that's
simply customizable and everybody can do it (moreover, you can simply store all language variants /localizations/ within just 1 file as different sheets/tabs)!
The same approach can be used everywhere where the above mentioned criteria are present. Of course, you can very simply create your C.V. complying with the
Europass CV
model
.
So, the summary of 7 key benefits looks like following:
- The length/extent is flexible & customizable (according to needs & interest of the target person/group). Additionally, other context information can be added using comments.
- All language variants (localizations) are stored within 1 file and the data can be mutually shared (all tables & calculations, chart inputs and others) – sheets/tabs.
- The solution is simply available across all platforms, the assumption is that target persons have MS Excel widely available, if not, then simple export into PDF is available.
- The MS Excel environment is widely well known (also more or less design friendly), hence there is no problem rising from new software use. Moreover, clickable logos/logotypes can be used and the use of hypertext links is expected too.
- From the point of view of usual C.V. (or reports) needs, table layout would be preferable – that's it.
- No problem with any C.V. model implementation (e.g. Europass CV model) – that's the question of one's creativity…
- It is pretty good the irrelevant data sheets (tabs with input data or e.g. irrelevant language variants/localizations) can be hidden and the only relevant information is showed.
